Job Title: Team Leader – ZamBaSul

Area of Responsibility (AoR): Zamboanga, Basilan, Sulu and Tawi-Tawi
Job Purpose
The team Leader (TL) is responsible for the implementation of NP’s programmatic and strategic objectives within the areas of Zamboanga peninsula, Basilan, Sulu and Tawi-tawi. S/he ensures that all supervised staff work effectively to accomplish the different projects in full compliance with NPP's standard operating procedures, core values, and respective project mandates.The person shall be responsible for, inter alia: operationalizing the CPC mandate; establishing or strengthening community-based structures; identifying hot-spot areas and suitable partners within the AoR for monitoring and project interventions. S/he will work in close coordination with the Program Manager, managers / coordinators of the respective projects, and other staff based in the main office to ensure the optimal use of resources towards the team's objectives. In particular, s/he ensures that all required documentation is regularly submitted or updated, including workplans, budgets, logframes, activity reports, conflict analysis, stakeholder and partner profiles, performance review documents.
Key tasks and responsibilities
Project implementation
Take Lead in the implementation of all project and activities in the island provinces including Zamboanga Peninsula in accordance to the work plan and log frame as part of the contract between
Technical and administrative oversight to staff in Sulu, Basilan and Tawi- Tawi.
Ensure regular and effective communications between the Zamboanga, Sulu, Basilan and Tawi-Tawi field teams and NP Cotabato Main Office in order to enhance monitor and report;
Establish and maintain an effective network of local partners and stakeholders able to assist in the monitoring and response to HR violations, GCRVs and any other civilian protection
Submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and any other documents needed as well as alerts which are to be shared immediately.
Develop and submit monthly plan and budget for area of operation including weekly plan for program and security coordination.
Regularly visit Sulu, Tawi-Tawi and Basilan field offices and assist the National Protection Officers in implementation of NP's mandate;
