Your Responsibilities:
· Support the Project Lead and the Owner Project in way to define the resources required to the project, working on the entire process, selecting partners/companies required, helping to evaluating costs, issuing orders, following the deliveries, preparing process of installation and commissionings of machines, tools, and installations.
· Deliver progress reports, proposals, schedules, requirements documentation, and presentations, to various audiences, including customers, project team and leadership team.
Your Profile:
· Administrative or finance degree
· Willingness and ability to work from home until the execution of the project requires the permanence in the site.
· Ability to act in an interdisciplinary environment connected with relevant diversity of experience, strong team player with a solid ability to motivate people.
· Willingness to travel frequently.
· Excellent business understanding, analytical skills, and commercial awareness.
· Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (writing and speaking).
· An analytical approach to problem solving.
· Strong knowledge of computer and Microsoft products (especially Excel and Microsoft Project).
· ERP software experience (SAP or Oracle) would be beneficial
· Willingness and ability to learn from others.
· Demonstrated team player.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· Ability to be agile as business needs change and shift frequently.
· Willingness to move and live in Campinas SP or regions on Rio de Janeiro RJ.
