Wellness Administrator

ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Administrator assists the Wellness team with a variety of tasks and reporting. This position will communicate effectively to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner. This position is remote and is a full-time non-exempt position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures data is entered accurately using many systems.

• Works collaboratively with the team to ensure accuracy of information.

• Runs reports as scheduled and distributes them to appropriate recipients.

• Creates and updates spreadsheets used to coordinate department activities.

• Provides administrative support to management.

• Keeping to a schedule of pre-defined responsibilities at various intervals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good oral and written communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

• Self-starter; works well, independently and acting on own initiative.

• Can adequately set and meet deadlines.

• Able to work across multiple departments

• Multi-tasking is a key element of this job as we have several systems and platforms we work with in this division.

• Highly organized.
