Are you an experienced Well Integrity Engineer with knowledge in cement log interpretation?
Backed by a global team of oil and gas experts, DNV’s drilling and well services span the entire well lifecycle. We build trust with operators, rig owners, service companies and governing bodies through risk management, analysis, and independent verification and qualification of new drilling and well technology.
We seek a Well and Gas Storage Integrity Engineer to join our dedicated Technical Advisory and Assurance Services team. In the role, you will focus on safety within systems, equipment and components, handling various technical advisory and assurance projects. You will also develop services for new markets within renewables, such as CO2 and hydrogen storage wells projects and other innovative initiatives.
The position is hybrid (three days in the office and two days at home), reporting to our offices in Hamburg, Germany. You should be able to travel offshore and for other business purposes regularly.
How you will contribute
You will play an integral part in our team’s work to enable safer, cost-efficient drilling and well operations. In turn, we contribute to the wider purpose of DNV Energy Systems of guiding our clients' energy transformations.
An experienced project manager, you will use your proactive and problem-solving mindset to manage a range of projects, focused on the following areas:
Work in this role is multi-disciplinary, and you are adept at handling complex issues across many fields. You will collaborate with expert colleagues in our team, updating them with the necessary knowledge and competence.
The Well and Gas Storage Integrity Engineer position also involves significant interaction with clients, as we support them in ensuring safe operations and asset integrity. With a strong focus on customer need, you will understand and appreciate our clients' business drivers to tailor-make our services accordingly. You will participate in client meetings, quoting for projects and defining scope.
