The Role: Warehouse Manager
We are looking for an organized warehouse manager to manage our inventories (components & FG) across all our
warehouses in the facility. This includes receiving and organizing warehouse space, scheduling labor, managing inventory
and fulfilling shop orders. The warehouse manager will oversee picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security,
maintenance, sanitation, and administrative functions. Additionally, he/she will oversee, train, evaluate staff & safeguard
company assets. To ensure success the manager needs to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and
perform duties in a safe & efficient manner.
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
Overseeing receiving, manage put-away process and distribution functions across warehouses
Supervise daily activities of the warehouses including receipt/ return of material, optimize storage, inventory control,
space management, timely material issuance to Production, maintaining inventory accuracy
Goods Receipt Verification of Material against Receipt, GRN Preparation in ERP, GRN hand over to QC, GRN handover to
Finance after QC Clearance
Material Preservation, RMA (Site Return), Rejection invoice Preparation against rejection & RGP
Plan, coordinate and execute stock takes/ Inventory counts, cycle counts & reporting correctly every month / as per
statutory and Xylem norms
Aligning warehouse team to match demands of production plan and manage work to maximize efficiency and minimize
overtime
Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed
Maintain good housekeeping standards across warehouses
Prepare / implement Warehouse Capex requirements
Implementing operational policies and procedures as laid out by Xylem
Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment & safety of staff
Motivating, integrating and managing warehouse staff effectively
Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities
Meet regularly with warehouse supervisors/ staff to review, analyze and develop actionable plans for productivity and
efficiency
Participate / lead in CI activities in warehouses
Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

Diploma / Graduate in any stream with 3-5 years warehouse Management experience
Computer literacy mandatory – ERP exposure required
English Communication skills- both written and verbal
Team player, multitasking with problem-solving skills
Exposure to Lean management tools is preferred
Strong work ethics and integrity
Strong people skills
Available to work extended hours
