Location: Rochester, NY (HUB)
Job Summary:
Serve as back up to Warehouse Shift Manager as well as serving as trainer for warehouse operations. When not performing back up or trainer duties this position will function as a Forklift Operator.
Our ideal candidate will be a driven individual with high attention to detail and organization, and a positive “can-do” attitude.
Primary Responsibilities:
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
3+ years previous experience operating forklift in a fast-paced environment
Ability to wear personal protective equipment (bump cap, ear plugs, nitrile gloves, safety glasses and, respirator (if needed) skid resistant steel toe work shoes/boots)
Ability to apply computer skills and math functions
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Strong demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills
Experience using RF scanner guns preferred
Previous training experience preferred
Learning agile
