The Warehouse & Logistics Operation Specialist is responsible for the following three main tasks: monitor & further development of KPIs related to global warehousing & transport as well as spare parts overall, invoice administration and perform cost controlling.

Your Responsibilities:**
- Monitor & further development of KPIs related to global warehousing & transport (Costs and Volumes, savings etc.) and provide adequate reports regularly
- Creation of data-driven analyses to support transport and warehousing
- Development of solutions for the discovery of all potentials for the further development of global service supply chain processes
- Invoice administration which includes receiving goods, ensuring that expenses are handed over to the correct budget, ensure that invoice values are paid in accordance with contract terms and prices, control that credit notes are booked), related to Distribution & Logistics operations (Basware/AP)
- Support the financial budgeting process for the spare parts business in alignment with your manager
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, information management or similar level of qualification and/or substantial relevant experience
- Profound financial knowledge and experience on data analytics
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and good/first experience using data to drive actionable insights and decision-making
- Ability to visualize results by using BI tools (e.g., Tableau) and program by using tools like R Studio or Python
- Team player, highly reliable and a high say-do ratio
- Strong reliability, stress resistant & ability to travel when needed (less than 5% per year)
- Strategic thinking and hands-on operational approach
- Flexibility and open mind-set for a dynamic organization
- Excellent computer skills (ERP, Microsoft …) and fluency in English, German is a plus
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.310,48 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
