The Company

We are a fast-growing non-profit social enterprise with offices in the Netherlands, Portugal, South Africa, Kenya, and Ethiopia. Triggerise builds digital platforms that motivate users - primarily young women and adolescent girls - to make positive choices. We work together with local communities and use nudges like reminders, discounts, and reward points to encourage our users to access and use health products and services. The Job

As a Virtual Pro, you will make and receive calls from our users (young people aged 15 - 24) with relevant information about the Tiko membership and SRH services available to them. You respond to queries and you give additional information about services. The Virtual Pro works closely with colleagues to ensure all operations in Ethiopia are thriving and fully functional.

About You

You have excellent verbal communication skills. You are able to adapt in a fast paced environment.

Requirements

• A recent graduate (Bachelors) in Marketing and Communication (or other relevant degree);
• Experience in a call centre environment;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Knowledge of MS Office and preferably also Google packages;
• Based in Ethiopia.

The Rewards

At Triggerise we believe in being open, also when it comes to salaries. The salary brackets for this position, excluding benefits, is €554 - €831 gross a month and we will offer you a salary in this bracket depending on your level of experience and how it relates to your future colleagues.
