Who You Are:

• You are a strong conceptual thinker with a demonstrated ability to understand user needs and align them with business goals.
• You have exceptional visual design skills and excellent attention to detail.
• You have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, with a commitment to keeping things simple and ensuring a seamless product experience.
• You are a passionate individual dedicated to delivering the highest quality in every design you create.
• You consistently strive to maintain a high design standard and level of execution.

Key Skills and Experience:

• You have 1-2 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, Service Designer, or in a similar role.
• You have experience working on mobile responsive UI design.
• You have a strong portfolio with at least 3 case studies showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and the measurable impact of your work.
• You have hands-on design skills preferably using Figma, or similar tools, for remote collaboration.

Nice to have

• You have experience working on products in both B2B and B2C companies.

What You Will Do:

• You work directly with the Lead Product Designer to create a UX vision, mission, and strategy for Flashfood’s Design and User Experience.
• You collaborate with product, engineering, brand, and other teams to identify user and business needs.
• You craft user-centric, intuitive user flows that seamlessly blend user needs with the business goals. Create prototypes for usability testing to refine and enhance the user experience.
• You conduct user research and usability testing to gather valuable feedback. Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results, striving for constant improvement.
• You actively identify gaps and opportunities for improvement within the problem definitions you are contributing to more refined and effective design solutions.
• You consistently deliver exceptional user experiences while also considering the scalability of design to ensure long-term success.
• You play an integral role in fostering and nurturing a strong design culture within the Flashfood organization, promoting design thinking and best practices.
