Wood currently has an exciting opportunity for a site Turnover Administrator to join our Mining & Minerals team on a construction project located near Gogama, ON.
Reporting through the Project Turnover Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Turnover team in all activities to support the delivery of production and coordination of all turnover/walkdown packages to enable commissioning to be completed in line with project schedule and in accordance with agreed procedures.
Support of the site Turnover team in relation to all aspects of its information structure management and discipline documentation handling, maintaining key Turnover databases and provide support to all Turnover activities.
Responsibilities:
Delivering timely and effective administration support to the Turnover function’s daily activities and the ongoing maintenance of Turnover systems and databases.
Organizing calendars, meetings, distribution lists, bulletins, etc.
Management of the team mailbox sorting incoming mail and distributing to the relevant parties
Management of punch lists with support from turnover coordinators
Filing and organization of documentation within the Turnover database and project SharePoint site.
Supporting the Database data management (including publishing of new or revised content to support Turnover processes, etc.).
Supporting regular compilation and reporting of Turnover data for management reporting and review purposes.
Supporting the production\management of packages as directed by the Turnover team
Track and maintain an index of all documents completed during system walkdowns
Assist in recording completion for all System/Subsystem items
Provide support for the facilitation of custody transfers for system turnovers to the client
Audits being conducted on received submittals.
Complete all of the activities above while implementing the safety essentials
