Transport Management Specialist

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Manage logistic projects and daily business with special focus on INTERLOG (freight payment auditing and transport costs control)
- Correspondence with forwarders / customers / INNIO colleagues on shipment basis
- Organizing and maintaining of daily transport offers
- Check of relevant transport documents
- Proactive actions in terms of track&trace for shipments of high importance
- Maintenance of transport relevant master data
- Collecting, analyzing and evaluating business-relevant information (document management)
- Monitor RMA (returns) transport processes
Your profile:
- Completed studies with a focus on Economics, Logistics or International Trade
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in customer service/ international trading/ transport management/ warehouse logistics
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken), any other additional language (e.g. German) is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel)
- First-hand experience with Oracle, SAP or another ERP system is an advantage
- Pro-active behaviour with a strong customer and service mindset
- Flexibility and ability to work well with deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
