The Training Project Manager (m/f/d) manages and supports cross-functional training projects and programs. You act as consultant for a broad group of internal and external stakeholders, manage projects, support the training portfolio maintenance and growth and lead global roll-outs.
For this position we offer the possibility to work in home-office up to 50% in consultation with the manager.

Your Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting cross-functional training projects with the main focus on INNIO’s internal employee learning and development initiatives
- Managing projects, designing and developing modern and contemporary training courses (eLearnings, live-online training, in-person training)
- Collaborating with HR, external partners and other functions and acting as an internal learning consultant
- Managing INNIO’s learning management system “INNIO Learning” and defining desired system enhancements
- Evaluating training demands and consulting with subject matter experts to define best training methods and solutions based on the target group and learning objectives
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in education, business, communication, or equivalent experience in previous roles
- Substantial Project- & program management experience and ability to guide and leverage cross-functional project teams
- Strong interest in developing state of the art adult education solutions
- Flexible and able to cope with changing priorities and meeting agreed timelines
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in German and English language
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.310,48 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
