Responsibilities:
- Manage training administration for the entire program, which may include, but is not limited to: training scheduling, training event planning, trainer allocation, trainee enrollment, etc., for all in-house and on-site Training Center activities for internal and external technical product training
- Manage training contracts from proposal through completion, course closing and billing for all training activities
- Act as the primary interface for training participants, trainers and other stakeholders to ensure all training logistics are on track
- Assist with roll-out, implementation and promotion of new training programs
- Provide hospitality services, secure and manage catering, supplies, training materials, promotional items, create and manage Purchase Orders as required and work with vendors within expected timeframes and budgets
- Acts as Learning Management System (LMS) administrator, including training reporting, assigning and recording training, and troubleshooting system issues at individual user’s request
- Support trainers with the day-to-day course management and support students as needed during their stay at the Product Training Center
- Track key metrics including: number of courses; trainer assignment; participant days; course fill rate; revenue and profitability of training events
- Ensure Training Center Staff is informed of all changes & updates and is in the loop with issues which may impact the training center
- Ensure all compliance, integrity and Environmental Health & Safety guidelines are continuously followed
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years in a similar role, with a proven track record
- Ability to lift 20 lbs. and have a valid driver’s license (Lifting food/bev and promo items – Driving is to suppliers)
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
