Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, the Hub Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating logistics for all training at the Rochester Hub, managing training records, assigning training in an Oracle Learning Management system, ensuring training materials are prepared, and performing other administrative tasks.
Our ideal candidate will be a driven individual with high attention to detail and organization, and a positive “can-do” attitude.
Primary Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate the logistics for all training events, confirming bookings, and managing cancellations/changes.
Add and edit classes that are tracked in the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure training records are up to date.
Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment.
Reporting on training completion and generating post-training reports to capture effectiveness
Assist in the evaluation of training programs.
Gather and prepare supporting learning material, including reference guides, registration guidelines, handouts, presentations, and evaluation sheets.
Job Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED is required.
Superior skills working with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are required.
High degree of organizational skills.
Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.
The ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
A high degree of professionalism and independence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
