The Training and formation associate assist and supports the training and formation manager in developing, strategizing and implementing the various training and formation modules and activities for our members and partner branches. He or she will be help in the facilitating and management of the actual modules both online and onsite
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Help develop modules and training activities
2. Assist in the implementation of modules
3. Document trainings
4. Monitor members and partner branches progression in their trainings
5. Help ideate and brainstorm on new training and formation modules and programs that can be offered to members and partner branches
6. Take the lead in intorducing Plastic Bank to prospective branches
7. Take the lead in accrediting and onboarding new partner branches
8. Organize possible interns and volounteers to assist in the accreditation, onboarding and training of partner branches and mes
