In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Process & metrics, support the visibility on resolution performance to increase customer satisfaction
  • Establish & grow a common culture of the whole Tech Support and Field Service team, emphasizing the use of global tools, processes, approaches, responsiveness mindset & communication
  • Work individually on the following tasks: Commissioning/Start-up, Maintenance, Overhaul & Repairs and Troubleshooting of Jenbacher Engines and supplied packaged accessories (generators, low & medium voltage, Gas Supply, Controls and PLC controllers)
  • Work with distributors/customers to evaluate pre-commissioning check lists for completion and accuracy
  • Work with INNIO Service Technicians, service partners and customers to identify/track critical quality issues during Start-up/Commissioning, Overhauls & Repairs, Upgrades and maintenance works and drive resolution
  • Propose, initiate, work out and implement service projects to increase customer satisfaction
  • Regularly perform site assessments, onsite support for customers for trouble shooting aspects and to root cause analyzing and report findings

**Your profile:
**

  • University degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent

  • Professional command of Italian and English (both written and spoken)

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a technical role or with issue resolution exposure within (Field-) Service

  • Strong customer service mindset and strong skills to drive, support, empower and inspire the service teams as well as customers

  • Technical attitude, complemented by strong business acumen including basic IT skills (MS Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Experienced in communicating with customers efficiently & dynamically

  • Self-starter with an eager to learn attitude
