In this role you will be responsible for:

University degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent
Professional command of Italian and English (both written and spoken)
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a technical role or with issue resolution exposure within (Field-) Service
Strong customer service mindset and strong skills to drive, support, empower and inspire the service teams as well as customers
Technical attitude, complemented by strong business acumen including basic IT skills (MS Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Experienced in communicating with customers efficiently & dynamically
Self-starter with an eager to learn attitude
