What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and oversee onboarding tasks and new farm setup, as well as ensure data integrity
- Support the Technical Services Manager in debugging and resolving customer issues, including filing bug reports, tracking software tasks, and ensuring all client deliverables are met
- Manage a subset of customer queries and requests
- Assist with complex onboarding tasks such as tag mapping and resolving blocks
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in technical services, onboarding, or implementation within a SaaS or technical environment
- Solid understanding of project management principles and familiarity with tools like Jira for tracking and resolving tasks
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues, collaborate with internal teams (e.g., software development, customer delivery), and ensure quality deliverables
- Experience providing hands-on customer support, handling inquiries, and maintaining clear, effective communication channels

- Familiarity with renewable energy technologies, such as wind or solar energy systems
- Experience working with customer relationship management tools and platforms
- Expertise in data analysis or configuration management
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to process improvements in onboarding and value delivery workflows
