Team Lead - Project Delivery

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Team Lead - Project Delivery to bring to life Infoxchange’s mission of Technology for Social Justice. This role may be based in either our Brisbane or Melbourne offices.

About the role

The Team Lead – Project Delivery role provides an exciting opportunity for a person with proven experience in product implementation and stakeholder management to lead and empower a team of Implementation Consultants. The role will perform a key function in supporting the team and oversight of multiple concurrent projects of medium to large complexity.

This is a leadership role responsible for defining engagement practices with key customer stakeholders. Working closely with project managers, to advise on the scope, solution, deliverables and transition into support for individual projects, including contributing to project planning, workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, scope development, and overall management of the Customer experience.

The position includes substantial customer contact, including pre-sales liaison, senior facilitation skills, solution design and knowledge of training and support requirements. This role includes as needed quality assurance, application configuration, documentation, and testing work.

The position requires relationship building across Infoxchange offices in Brisbane and Melbourne.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Ability to learn the product whilst performing Team Lead duties.

  • Manage a team of consultants and assist them to undertake their work on projects and perform their daily tasks.

  • Ability to be ‘hands on’ with a proportion of your duties working on Project activities alongside your Team.

  • Mentoring, guidance, and regular supervision to team members.

  • Conduct performance reviews and facilitate a culture of professional development and continuous improvement, as agreed with, and supported by, the CCM Consulting Manager.

  • Work with the CCM Consulting Manager to ensure that resource allocations are planned and monitored and support the incoming pipeline of project work .

  • Peer review Teams scope documentation and estimates and respond to approval requests for quotations within delegated thresholds.

  • Contribute, consult, and be informed on broader product strategy and planning with the product team, technical services team and Infoxchange management.

  • Assist with creating and maintaining documentation such as user guides, process documentation, product configuration guides, project documentation and quotes, proposals, and tenders.

About you

  • Experience working in a SaaS environment, including requirements gathering and implementation of the product.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to deliver internal and external, demonstration, presentations, and workshops.
  • Strong business analysis and requirements gathering background, able to interpret the user story and provide fit for purpose solutions.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Previous experience mentoring and developing individuals in a team environment.
  • Able to manage stakeholders at a variety of levels in government, non-government and community organizations.
  • Proven customer engagement and business development capability
  • Solid knowledge of project delivery/management methodologies.

Desirable

  • Ability to configure client and case management solutions using SRS or another application.
  • Knowledge of HTML, SQL and/or Javascript
  • A good knowledge or previous experience of working in the health and/or community services sector
  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to the position and/or demonstrated professional experience
