The Team Lead for Asset Management, Transmission & Distribution Technologies optimizes business operations and improves the long-term performance of the team. The ideal candidate would have a general understanding of electrical infrastructure assets (like substations, switchgears, transformers, cables etc) and their operations in the electrical system. A good appreciation into industry trends like renewables integration to the Grid, BESS applications etc. would be important as the team would be working with our renewables team, Power System Planning team and Energy Storage System team to develop solutions for our customers on their energy transition journey.
The Team Lead will work closely on commercial opportunities to strengthen and expand business, including driving the doer/seller culture. You will direct service line activities and drive technical competence development within the team aligned with the DNV Energy Systems strategy. As the Team Lead for Asset Management, Transmission & Distribution Technologies, you will have a focus on delivery and utilization, as well as gaining efficiency within the team. You will partner with Key Account Managers and many different stakeholders to deliver an excellent customer experience, while stimulating collaboration within your team as well across the organization.

Region Asia Pacific (APAC) is therefore seeking a Team Lead for our Asset Management and Transmission & Distribution Technologies team.
The team primarily focuses on supporting our customers to secure and improve the performance of their transmission and distribution asset performance. Typical services cover asset management policies and strategies, digitalization strategies and practices, power failure investigations, substation diagnostics / condition assessments and feasibility / development studies involving new technologies like HVDC.
