Talent Program Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Program Manager to join our People & Culture team in either Melbourne or Brisbane, to bring to life Infoxchange’s mission of Technology for Social Justice.

Infoxchange promotes flexible working arrangements, and this role is available on a part time basis (school hours would also be considered).

About the role

Reporting to the Head of People and Culture (P&C) and working alongside a small and enthusiastic team of HR professionals, this role will enable the P&C Strategy through programs, processes and initiatives that promote a culture of performance, development and growth and raise Infoxchange’s profile as an employer of choice and a business where people want to stay.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Own the Performance Management Strategy and annual performance review cycle.
  • Design and deliver the Diversity & Inclusion program.
  • In collaboration with People & Culture and Marketing & Communications, promote our brand and embed the EVP.
  • Monitor succession plans and development progress in partnership with Learning & Development.
  • Own and manage our organisation-wide reward and recognition program that promotes outstanding performance and role model behaviours.
  • Execute the annual employee engagement survey and half yearly pulse survey and report on results to define priorities and develop actions plans.
  • Monitor the progress of the engagement survey action plans and work closely with the Employee Engagement Working Group.
  • Design and deliver our values program to embed our expected behaviours into our culture and how we do things.
  • Project management and execution as required.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required, as a small team, we all pitch in!

About you

  • Significant experience working in HR roles
  • Experience in change management and organisation design projects, with a demonstrated ability to bring people along through the change process
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, and a preparedness to be ‘hands on’ to get the work done
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Project management experience to ensure the delivery of quality outcomes
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and prepare reports
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a complex environment
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience using Culture Amp will be highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or relevant experience (desired)
  • Must have valid full working rights in Australia
