SWCA seeks a Talent Development Partner to help meet the development/training needs of our growing staff base, and to help them better navigate our Career Landscape. Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, the Talent Development Specialist will create and deliver engaging and impactful training solutions that contribute to the achievement of top organizational goals and objectives.
This position will be based out of our Phoenix, AZ office using a hybrid work environment or can be distributed anywhere in the USA. This is a full-time, regular (with benefits), salary position.

An employee in this position can expect a salary of $69,880.00/year to $91,520.00/year. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law. Regular-status employees are also eligible for performance bonuses.
