Talent & Development Coordinator

The Training and Development Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering employee growth and organizational effectiveness. This position is responsible for assisting in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, as well as coordinating development initiatives to enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a passion for learning, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. This role reports to the Director, People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee needs.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and e-learning sessions as needed
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain and update training records and resources.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify skill gaps and recommend development solutions.
• Assist in organizational cultural initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in a training or development role.
• Proven experience in developing and managing training programs and SOPs.
• Knowledge of training methods, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Certification in training and development, learning and development, or adult education
• Experience or education in HR
• Experience with TalentLMS
• Experience with video creation
• Experience with digital design applications
