The role:
Climate Fund Managers is looking to strengthen the organization by adding the best available people to our staff. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist us in identifying, sourcing, screening and recommending candidates for all positions as well as onboarding new hires across all the regions which we operate in: Netherlands, South Africa, Asia and Latin America.
The Talent Acquisition specialist objective is to provide input and ensure that the teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals, ensure that the staffing needs are being met with a long term strategy in mind, devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines for potential applicants, implement end to end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates and build relationships with hiring managers in the business to ensure clear expectations for candidates and the business.
