The ideal candidate will have at least a year of full-cycle recruiting experience, from identifying (sourcing) talent through to interviewing and hiring/onboarding high-caliber employees. They should be skilled in utilizing various outreach methods, including social media networks and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
This is a role for an outgoing, dynamic, empathetic, strategic, and innovative professional who will drive Neighborhood Sun's recruitment efforts by being authentic, agile, connected, and technologically bold.
Description
Job Goal: Responsible for executing the staff recruitment process and serving as a resource, subject matter expert, and leader for Neighborhood Sun’s talent acquisition function.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or a related field, preferred; or have applicable work experience
1-2 years of successful experience working in a staffing and/or Human Resources environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both orally and in writing; solid interviewing skills
A creative mindset and ability to employ innovative strategies to meet goals
Flexibility and ability to manage multiple potential candidates and projects simultaneously
Evidence of Project Management experience
General understanding of employment law is useful, though not required
Proficiency with computer software, both Microsoft and Google Suites, and confident on their Internet know-how
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously and accurately
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must adhere to the principles of confidentiality
High standards of ethical and professional conduct
Ability to support a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion
