About the Job

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in building a diverse talent pipeline and recruiting talent with a very specific skillset. This position goes beyond mainstream advertising and digs deep into the passive talent pool. Through extensive research, collaboration, and recruitment, you will be responsible for lead generation and identifying top talent available in the environmental consulting industry. You will generate leads via networking and reaching out to past candidates, and current and past employees. You will work closely with Technical and Business Directors to understand and fill critical vacancies in diverse disciplines (e.g. toxicology, engineering, science, data analytics, geology, chemistry, ecology) at a wide variety of levels. Remote US candidates welcome

Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, and interview prospective employees to find the best match for Integral’s long-term goals and culture
  • Drive proactive sourcing of diverse candidates creating an on-demand pipeline of talent for the future
  • Attract and identify candidates through various channels: job boards, networking sites, social media, networking across multiple regions/time zones, cold calling, competitor research, career fairs, and other creative recruiting methods
  • Provide up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence
  • Own the sourcing process from start to finish
  • Proactively identify and drive opportunities for recruiting improvements
  • Respond to critical staffing needs including hard-to-fill positions and implement new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative recruiting strategies
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess skillset, qualifications, experience, salary requirements, and culture add through effective interviewing techniques
  • Provide feedback to hiring managers regarding applications and potential candidates

Qualifications

  • An undergraduate degree plus a minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting diverse talent for a professional services firm
  • An understanding of Talent Acquisition processes, systems, and technology
  • Adept at broadening your range of sources for finding top talent
  • Knowledge of how to source niche talent using social media, job boards and our employees’ networks
  • A passion for people and creating a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Able to network and engage with diverse communities
  • Self-guided and works well within a team
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and guidelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Effectively able to handle multiple job placements across multiple technical disciplines within a fast-paced, complex, and diverse organization
  • Is an excellent problem solver who is proactive, creative, analytical, and attentive to detail
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize multiple simultaneous demands and work well under pressure
  • Experience working and collaborating in diverse, multicultural, and inclusive settings
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in all Microsoft suite programs (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Equally at ease working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
