Overview
EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager will support the Head of Talent Management in all areas of Talents’ life cycle within Europe, Middle East and Africa through designing and implementing agile talent strategies and plans that sustainably improve business performance as well as create and maintain a positive and rewarding work environment that attracts and retains talented employees in full alignment with strategic regional/country business objectives and partners as well as the global frameworks.
Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
Full ownership of TA for key & critical business positions within EMEA by developing a TA strategy based on external landscape in respective countries as well as findings from TR&SP process through the following activities:
- Lead business discussions with various business leaders in order to uncover the true business need, cultural and social aspect and the future of the business
- Overseeing employer branding activities to ensure the attraction of the right talent
- Full comprehension of the external talent landscape in order to be able to prescribe the needed profile persona, qualifications & experience
- Plotting internal & external talent landscape in the given industries and geographies
- Executing Head hunting activities for regional & highly critical roles and coordinating with Country CEOs & HRDs for local roles
- Assess & approve potential candidates for Local C-suite and regional roles through face to face interviews and professional external assessments if needed
- Design on boarding plans for Local EXCO
- Liaise with C&B to ensure designing a competitive pay structure that matches the industries and the talents of interest in the market
2. Other responsibilities:
- Ensures the transfer of best practices & knowledge amongst EMEA by designing various activities for the HRDs throughout the year
- Support the organization of the annual EMEA business school for Country EXCOs
- Support the Head of Talent with Organization development, Talent review, Succession planning and Learning & development
Education/Qualifications
- University degree of business or equivalent
- Master’s or post graduate degree in HR is a plus
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the domain of business with special focus on Human resources and Talent Management
- Experience of supporting large, dynamic and time-sensitive projects

Language Requirements
Fluency in English is essential. Any other language a plus.
Travel Requirements
10%
