SWCA Environmental Consultants is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our growing Human Resources department. The person in this position will focus primarily on administrative and recruitment support for the Talent Acquisition team but will need to be flexible in their ability to assist the overall HR group when needed. Someone who is adaptable, a creative problem solver, and able to anticipate their internal and external customers’ needs, will do well in this role. The position can be based out of any SWCA office or remote locations throughout the U.S.
Our Human Resources (HR) department offers a challenging work environment where you will be a part of a team in supporting SWCA’s business needs and interests. The internship will last approximately from September through December 2022 with the possibility of continuing into 2023. The position requires that the individual can work at least twenty (20) hours per week. This is a paid internship.
