We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Expert for our European Talent Acquisition Team in Gdynia.

As our Talent Acquisition Expert, you will be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, leading the charge to attract, engage, and hire exceptional individuals who align with our values and mission. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their staffing needs and develop customized recruitment strategies to ensure we identify the best-fit candidates for each role.
In your role you will:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making final offers (specifically for executive roles)
Sourcing Top Talent: Utilize innovative sourcing methods, social media, professional networks, and job boards to identify and attract top-tier candidates
Employer Branding: Champion our employer brand to create a compelling and attractive image that resonates with prospective candidates
Strategic Talent Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders to create comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's growth plans and long-term objectives
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, leaving a lasting impression on potential team members
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize recruitment metrics and data analytics to optimize the effectiveness of our hiring strategies and continuously improve our talent acquisition process
Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and emerging technologies to remain at the forefront of recruitment innovation
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and provide support in training other team members
Make recommendations for system and process-related solutions, improvements, and standardization
To maximize your chances, you need:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum five years of experience with a proven track record in talent acquisition
Excellent stakeholder and networking skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for engaging and building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and leverage insights for continuous improvement
Self-motivated - Sees the big picture with a desire to achieve goals and win
High degree of adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Professional English skills required, both written and verbal
