The Role: Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Sourcer

We are seeking a talented individual to join our the People and Culture team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Talent Sourcer. In this role, you will work closely with our recruiters to identify and attract top talent to join our team. You will ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly and source candidates, all while providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• You have 0-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination.
• You are experienced with sourcing and identifying top talent.
• You are experienced with managing the candidate experience and communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Bonus Skills and Qualifications:

• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other software tools.
• You have experience with using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• You have experience with using BambooHR.

What Success looks like in this role:

• You will work closely with recruiters to identify and attract top talent to join Svante.
• You will manage full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions, including posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers .
• You will build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for future positions.
• You will manage the candidate experience by scheduling interviews with hiring managers, providing timely communication, and answering candidate questions.
• You will run the campus recruitment program, including relationships with universities, coop interview process, career fairs, and building Svante brand with post-secondary institutions in order to build a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
• You will maintain relationships with candidates who were not selected for positions but have potential for future opportunities.
• You will support recruiters with recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks for candidates, preparing job offers and other documentation as required, and maintaining the Svante Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• You will participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse candidate pool and promote an inclusive hiring process.
