The ideal candidate is highly motivated, collaborative, adaptable, and experienced in administering and improving Salesforce.com to streamline and enhance core business needs and mission success. This is a remote role for a fully virtual company.
What We’re Looking For:

BS or BA degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 2 years experience in a salesforce administrator position

- Highly organized, responsible, and attentive to scopes with the ability to successfully manage to and meet timelines and project details
- Excellent presentation, meeting facilitation, documentation, and relationship building skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication and client-facing skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully communicate with non-technical resources about technical issues
- Experience working with and/or leading diverse teams

Information Systems Management Requirements:

Experience with Salesforce.com platform

Salesforce Administrator certification required

Demonstrated passion for technology, learning and sharing knowledge

Experience with Salesforce-related technologies such as Pardot, Certinia PSA, Conga, Adobe Sign, Cirrus a plus

Experience with business systems technology: 1Password, Calendly, Confluence, Google Workplace Suite, Jira, Zoom, Lattice
What You Will Be Doing:
- The role serves as the primary point of contact for the service desk, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of operational issues and system enhancements. With a strong customer service mindset, the position focuses on supporting business functions and driving continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include coordinating troubleshooting efforts, managing system updates, and ensuring seamless communication between technical teams and end users.
- Perform business and technical analysis, document user stories, business process flows, and create comprehensive business requirements and user-centered design documentation.
- Design and implement customizations and enhancements, including creation of custom objects, workflow rules, automated actions, process builder, flows, etc.
- Manage the testing process; create test plans and scripts, coordinate participants, and evaluate results.
- Provide users with technical support, and log and track system problems through resolution.
- Mobilize users to perform data upkeep through duplicate management, report management, and dashboard development.
- Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, lists, and other configuration variables.
- Engage and lead stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle discovery and requirements gathering to implementation within the scope of a business application project.
- Perform research, evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation.
- Provide ongoing end-user training, including one-on-one for new staff and ongoing education for all users as needed.
