This position is a remote/ hybrid role that can be based out of our London, UK, or New Delhi, India office and will report to the Data ana Analytics Program Manager who is based in Delhi, India.

The Survey Analyst will work globally across internal departments and teams to design, build and conduct surveys. Key responsibilities include:

• Working with stakeholders globally implement surveys and data activities across projects and programs.
• Develop standardized processes for survey design, development, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Support in design, development, and implementation of surveys/encounters working directly with business stakeholders.
• Manage data collection activities in IT systems.
• Review data collection activities in line with business requirements to determine how best to support and inform business decisions.
• Make recommendations for improvements or opportunities.
• Develop documentation and training materials.
• Effectively communicate insights to stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making and action.
• Analyze survey data and build dashboards for reporting.

The successful candidate’s prior experience would include:

• A university degree in IT, math, marketing analytics, statistics, social sciences or similar field.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.

• Must have demonstrated experience in survey work/design.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Demonstrated experience in a detail-oriented work capacity.

• Experience communicating complex information clearly and concisely.

• Working effectively across time zones in a multicultural environment.

• Working with teams globally to elicit data and feedback.

• Experience with large datasets and efficient query and analysis techniques.

• Experience with Python, R, SQL, and/or other data and statistical software.

• Experience with Tableau or other BI tool.

• Highly detail oriented.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Able to clearly and concisely articulate complex information when interacting with a wide range of stakeholders across various levels and teams across CQC global offices.
• Project management, organizational and progress tracking skills, able to prioritize and deliver efficiently and effectively under deadlines.
• A good understanding of data and compliance regulatory requirements.
• An ability to self-manage day to day activities.

Travel:  The expected travel is minimal.

Location: Delhi, India or London, United Kingdom. CQC works flexibly across global time zones.
