Supply Chain Audits in DNV consist of assurance services (certification excluded) based on recognized standards (e.g., SEDEX – SMETA, GFSI Global Markets) or customized protocols (e.g., Code of Conduct and Own Policies) aimed at assessing the compliance of a supplier’s base to defined requirements on social responsibility, quality and/or food safety.
These services might include the definition of client-specific requirements and criteria for supplier qualification, evaluation, and monitoring; second-party activities; training programs for suppliers and IT tool development to manage.

We’re recruiting for an energetic, driven, and growth-oriented Food & Beverage Junior Sales Support Analyst with proven experience in commercial support activities. This role will have to support the executive sales team commercially in daily activities such as the issue of proposals, following up with customers, getting contracts signed, and managing our CRM system during the process.
Specific KPIs related to the tasks and responsibilities of the Supply Chain Services Analyst will be customer satisfaction. The Mexico Key Client Program Manager will follow up on the performance versus KPIs. The manager will perform an annual evaluation of the Analyst.
This position is preferred to be based out of DNV offices in Mexico City, Mexico, with flexible work arrangements (home/office).
