Supplier and Contracts Manager - 12 month FTC

Title: Supplier and Contracts Manager

Location: Brighton, hybrid

Contract: 12 months FTC

Hours: Full time 37.5 per week

Salary: Circa £50,000

Role

UK-based supplier, contracts manager at Itad, leading subcontracting of our global external consultants and company partners, client project compliance, and supporting our client framework.

Key responsibilities include contract negotiations, performance monitoring and reporting, and team leadership. Integral in maintaining relationships with consultants and suppliers, emphasizing analytical and communication skills, operating at the highest commercial level.

Your core areas of focus will be:

Itad Supplier Management & Technical Serivces Procurement

• Lead and manage completion of Itad's registration & subcontracting processes within Itad’s commercial model.
• Provide expert advice as part of the Itad project team during contract negotiations and the provision of required documentation; facilitate the approvals and signature processes within Itad.
• Monitor and manage the implementation and performance of Itad's subcontracts across project teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with independent consultants and other suppliers.
• Work alongside our Framework management teams to manage our global external consultants and company partners in long term framework delivery.
• Negotiate and manage changes to contracts during implementation, as needed.
• Overseeing the processing of Supplier IR35 status determinations and manage the relationship with Itad's IR35 software provider.

Client Compliance

• Advise and oversee the implementation of various client requested compliance requirements across Itad's project portfolio.
• Work closely with project teams detailing roles and responsibilities, deliverables, compliance and reporting requirements
• Ensure quality and compliance of proposals, reports and other documents as needed, providing guidance and practical support (including writing and editing), including proactive management of Frameworks.

Systems Development and Improvements

• Advising and overseeing the Supplier Management delivery of Dynamics 365
• Working with members of the business to ensure consistent data management of our suppliers
• Create, test and strengthen tools and processes

Supplier Management - Team Management

• Technically support the Supplier Management team within the PMU to improve skills.
• Provide learning and development across the business to further improve understanding.
• Help move the team to professionalise and upsell technical expertise to our clients.

• Solid knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster strong supplier relationships

You will already have the right to live and work in the UK and be able to travel both nationally and internationally.
