This may include interviewing and assisting in writing profiles on the success stories of cohort members, participating in virtual industry roundtables elevating industry and community engagement with cohort members, and if time permits, touring a manufacturing site that partners with TCF in the greater New York or Washington, D.C. region. You will also participate in the monthly cohort meetings with topics including inclusive classrooms and diversity, equity, and inclusion in employer engagement.
