About the Internship 
We are currently accepting applications for a Marketing Intern. This internship is an opportunity for a current or recent student to work with Integral’s marketing team to communicate the interdisciplinary achievements and service offerings of our environmental scientists, geologists, toxicologists, data managers, engineers, and other experts. This internship is designed to help bridge the gap between formal education and the workplace, strengthening the intern’s experience in project management, teamwork with diverse stakeholders, and delivering on the information and business development needs of a growing firm. Under the direction of Integral’s senior marketing coordinator, this individual will aid in supporting content creation, researching industry trends, and optimizing existing content. They will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that deliverables support and reinforce Integral’s digital presence.

Successful candidates will be curious about technical topics and have an interest in telling stories through videos and the graphic representation of ideas. They will be able to collaborate with staff to ensure that marketing materials look great and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities
As a Marketing Intern, your job functions will include, but not be limited to:

• Focusing on video, written, and graphic content creation for social media, thought leadership articles, and marketing materials
• Staying informed on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in the AEC industry to inform our strategy
• Collaborating with marketing team members and communicating clearly with Integral staff
• Managing multiple projects and goals in a given week
• Making suggestions and asking questions for clarification

Qualifications

• Candidates must be pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor’s or graduate degree
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with current Microsoft® Office products (Work, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Experience/interest in visual communication and design
• Experience in video creation and editing
• Experience in using AI tools
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator)

Hourly compensation ranges from $24 to $30 per hour, available for both part-time and full-time during the spring/summer. Interns are eligible for company-subsidized (employee and family) medical, dental, and vision insurance.

If a holiday falls during your internship, you will be paid for the holiday. Sick leave will be provided in accordance with state law, if applicable.

This position may offer in-office, remote, or hybrid opportunities based on the candidate’s location and the needs of the organization.
