Summer Internship: Technical Solutions

The Position

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Intern to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and for the planet.

What you get to do:

• Work amongst a cohort of interns that will gain exposure to the energy industry, SaaS development, and Uplight’s unique mission.
• Use a suite of Uplight tools to manage customer device enrollments.
• Apply critical thinking and basic data collection skills to make data-driven decisions and judgment calls.
• Facilitate regular customer responses and updates.
• Collaborate with the team on distinct process improvement projects to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Contribute to quality assurance to support high customer satisfaction.
• Replicate incoming customer issues and categorize for further investigation.
• Collaborate with Technical Solutions team members to gain an in-depth knowledge of Uplight’s products and processes

Salary Range: $18/hr-$20/hr (dependent on experience)
