We are seeking an Intern to join our Demand Response Operations team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and for the planet. Our Demand Management solution is one of the largest and most robust programs of its kind, and as we enter another busy operational event season - we need the support of a highly motivated intern who will support our ability to provide a successful & enjoyable consumer experience throughout the summer.

What you get to do:
We are searching for a diligent, detail-oriented & results-motivated Intern to join our Demand Response Operations team for the Summer. You will primarily work with the operations team members, but will also gain experience working alongside client account managers, product managers, software engineers, implementation managers, & our utility customers.
Not only will you gain experience learning what it is like to work alongside a great team in a mission-driven tech environment, but you will learn the operational ins and outs of what it takes to make a large software solution successful for hundreds of thousands of people. You will also learn about what “success” looks like, from both a utility perspective when considering multi-year energy and carbon-reduction goals, as well as from an operational management and customer experience perspective.
We need a motivated individual who can take initiative and can work easily in a team-oriented, open, highly collaborative, agile environment with leading-edge technology. The team is primarily based out of Denver/Boulder, but this internship can be based remotely.

Salary Range: $18/hr-$20/hr (dependent on experience)
