Position Overview
The Island School seeks an enthusiastic, energetic, and creative person to lead a summer camp for its young learners age 3-10. Ideal candidates will be studying education, child development, or another closely related field. The lead camp counselor will spend their time exploring the Island School campus with young children while engaging students in experiential activities, games, sports, arts and lessons. This individual should have a love of children, enjoy being outdoors and in the water and understand the core values and ideals of an Island School education. This is an 8-week paid summer position.

Program Dates
Summer camp programming will run June 17 through August 9, 2024. The summer camp counselor will need to be in Eleuthera in advance of the program start date for orientation and preparation.
