Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
Cadmus’ Strategy & Transformation Line of Business is seeking candidates for future opportunities in:
- Organizational Change Management
- Stakeholder Engagement & Technology Adoption
- Enterprise Optimization
- Workforce Transformation & Inclusion
The Strategy & Transformation team guides organizations through transformational changes in direction, culture, technology and process improvement. To do this, we build multi-disciplinary teams with diverse perspectives and experience.
Our team members make our clients “better at change” in one or more of the following roles:
- Organizational Change Management—you will develop comprehensive change plans, identify key stakeholders, implement change programs and craft communications that achieve behavioral changes. You will also help identify potential people-related risks, anticipate points of resistance, and develop specific plans to address any concerns.
- Strategic Communications—you will create targeted messaging for each audience that is credible, relevant, visionary, and instructive. You will help to design innovative communication activities that reach key stakeholders with the right message to achieve the desired behavioral change. You will translate business strategies into comprehensive integrated, and actionable communications plans.
- Enterprise Optimization—you will work with senior leadership on developing strategic plans, process design improvements, portfolio and program management, governance, and monitoring and reporting of key performance metrics. You will work on creating an environment of collaboration across stakeholder groups and facilitate cross-functional working sessions. The objective of your work is to create an optimized process and process environment which will improve the overall function(s) of our client’s working environment.
- Workforce Transformation & Inclusion—you will help clients ensure the right people with the right skills are in the right positions to deliver on their organization’s mission. You will support workforce planning and development, including creating and implementing diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) initiatives. You may also support workforce development programs such as implementing inclusive apprenticeships in high growth, high demand fields.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum ten years of experience
- A self-starter with an exceptionally strong work ethic, curiosity and drive
- A growth mindset with a willingness to build subject matter expertise in key focus areas and a desire to share what you know
- An eagerness to engage our communities with writing, speaking and engagement on topics of strategic importance
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; excellent active listening skills
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Desire to work primarily with federal government clients
- Excellent writing skills
- Organized with natural agility to move seamlessly from strategic tasks (developing strategic plans, briefing client executives on recommendations) to tactical tasks (preparing PowerPoint briefings, recording meeting outcomes) as needed
- Experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle; proven experience managing multiple projects
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and a gift for creating briefings and documents that tell a compelling, relevant and data-driven story
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- Experience in IT and technology deployment and/or HR or workforce development programs
- Experience in professional services firms and/or government
- Change management, Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or facilitation certifications
