Position Overview
Rare’s Center for Behavior & the Environment (or BE Center) is the leading organization working at the nexus of behavioral science and the environment. It partners closely with Rare’s Foundation Relations team to engage foundation and other philanthropic organizations both in advocating for inclusion of behavior centered design into funding strategies but also in seeking support for Rare’s programs overall.
The intern will have an opportunity to join the team driving new partnerships that grow demand for behaviorally informed environmental solutions. The intern will work closely with and support the BE Center and Foundation Relation teams to strengthen its development strategy and grow its funding pipeline. This role involves researching and prioritizing possible new partners, developing strategic recommendations and drafting content to implement the findings.
