- Oversee and supervise the activities of all Stove Champions (SC) onsite within the assigned area.
- Develop and implement a work plan for submission to the Program Support Officer (PSO), including allocating households to SCs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders/Implementing partners to develop activities.
- Be the main point of contact for village leaders, ensuring teams are given access to the communities and assistance in locating households or translations, if necessary.
- Conduct meetings with active SCs for feedback and target assignments.
- Act as the intermediary between SCs and the PSO, ensuring effective communication and workflow.
- Identify and resolve ground issues and escalate them as needed.
- Provide training and support to Stove Champions.
- Conduct SC surveys in line with the same protocols and minor repairs as needed.
- Conduct Performance Checks as assigned.
- Conduct performance appraisals for Stove Champions.
- Prepare and submit reports/issue logs on stove champion visits under his/her jurisdiction.
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality
- Completed at least a diploma in social work, rural development, forestry, agriculture, environment, and social science topics.
- 2-3 years of experience working in coordination with community or related field
- Passionate and high-energy individual who wants to develop in a fast-growing and innovative company strong aspiration to work with the rural community to improve social and environmental impact.
- Able to work in fast-paced, flexible hours and troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills, Proficiency in Thai language, and Ability to communicate in English both written and spoken if able to understand ethnic minority language is a plus.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, Good IT Skills
- Valid deriving license and car
