SWCA Environmental Consultants is looking for a talented Staff Land Services Specialist to support our projects with work distributed across the southeastern United States. We are looking for candidates in Mississippi that will report to our Pensacola, Florida office. As a Staff Land Services Specialist, you will represent clients in the renewable energy sector by securing land for solar, wind, and battery electric storage projects. You will also initiate contact and engage with landowners about acquiring a lease, easement, or purchase agreement on their property. Effective communication with clients, community members, and landowners is crucial to success in this role. This role will also be responsible for conducting construction environmental or stormwater inspections of renewable energy or oil & gas projects in the Mississippi, Louisiana, and Alabama. In this role you will have the opportunity to work on and understand the full cycle of energy development projects.

An employee in this Pensacola, Florida-based position can expect an hourly pay rate of $22.00–$28.00/hour. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law. Regular-status employees are also eligible for performance bonuses.
