SWCA is expanding its team and looking for dynamic individuals who are following their passion in delivering the highest-quality project work. We have a career opportunity for multiple (5-10) Staff Archaeologist-Crew Leads for work in Wyoming. Cultural resources experience in Wyoming and a Wyoming BLM permit is required. This is a regular, full-time hourly position during the course of the project (expected to last from August through November 2022). Rotations for parts or all of the project period will be seriously considered. SWCA employment opportunities following this project will also be possible.
These positions will report into our Sheridan, WY office or other office near the candidate's home location, but the position does not require relocation. The candidates do not have to live in Wyoming, but work will occur there. Candidates will typically work 40 hours per week, depending on workload. Overtime is possible. Pay rate will be based on individual qualifications and experience, and individuals at all levels of experience (and rates), that are also permitted to work in Wyoming, are strongly encouraged to apply.
Pay range will be between $24/hour and $32/hour depending upon experience.
