Responsibilities & Requirements
In this high-visibility role, you will act as a business partner for Marketing Leadership in identifying areas of improvement, driving forecast, tracking metrics, and playing a collaborative role in providing the necessary visibility for Revenue Leadership to successfully plan and drive their business goals (e.g. ad hoc reports, data discovery, etc)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, measure, and maintain analytical excellence for marketing teams including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to understand demand generation performance and other key marketing metrics
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting as required
- Cover core areas such as reporting and analytics on marketing performance and providing insights to support accurate forecasting and business strategy
- Build and maintain high-visibility dashboards to consistently monitor performance and identify trends in the business
- Develop narratives and recommendations from analyses, build presentations, and present findings to business stakeholders
- Build relationships and provide analytical guidance to key business stakeholders and leaders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2+ years driving marketing specific reporting and analytics processes as an individual contributor and/or team lead
- Prior experience at a SaaS company preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, specifically Salesforce reporting
- Deep understanding of Excel or equivalent analytical tools and knowledge of SQL or Python
- Demonstrable experience building reports and dashboards using BI visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc)
- Ability to navigate through and communicate complex ideas effectively to senior leadership – verbally, in writing, and presentations
- Knowledge of common marketing principles (e.g. Sales Funnel, conversion metrics, etc.)
- Passionate about helping organizations understand and solve large scale business challenges through reporting and analytics and streamlining operational efforts
- Ability to thrive in an action-oriented, fast paced, and diverse work environment
