SOS Children’s Villages Sri Lanka, a member organization of SOS-Kinderdorf International, provides total care to the children who have lost their parents as well as the children who are at risk of losing the care of their biological family. The organization has well established Projects in Piliyandala, Nuwaraeliya, Galle, Anuradhapura, Monaragala, Jaffna, Gandara, Peraliya, Malpotha and Mallavi. SPONSORSHIP CO-ORDINATING ASSISTANT (PILIYANDALA)
This position is open to candidates who possess a Diploma/Certificate in Secretarial Practices or equivalent qualifications with minimum of 1-2 years’ experience. An excellent command of spoken and written English is essential. The candidates should be conversant with office procedures, administrative systems and be able to handle routine correspondence independently. Ability to work in a computerized environment and excellent knowledge in Graphic Designing, Excel, Word, E-mail & Internet is essential.
Candidates residing close proximity to Piliyandala/Kesbewa are preferred.
Candidates with a true passion for working with children and youth will be given preference. Those who are committed and willing to put in the extra mile are strongly desired.
