PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Sponsor Relations Intern is to assist sponsor relations Coordinator in Phnom Penh Office for Sponsor Relations daily administrative work including preparing documents for postage/carrier, scanning Child Correspondences, System user (LTE, HIVE and Bridge), Child Correspondences /cards/Sponsor Mail packaging and assist in new Child Progress Report 2025.
KEY DUTIES
- Recording translated correspondence into HIVE/Bridge system
- Translating E-letter in sponsor’s e-mail and send out to field staff
- Checking or verifying number of Child Correspondences/Child Progress Report with sending form from field and system
- Assisting Sponsor Relations Coordinator to unpack or log Sponsor Mail into HIVE/Bridge
- Packaging completed Child Correspondences to sponsors by alliance office
- Packaging SMs from sponsors and send to field offices
- Scanning Child Correspondences from field and upload into Letter Translation Exchange application (LTE) which is a System of ChildFund International
- Scanning Reply Letter/Child Initiated Letter from field and send to ChildFund Korea
- Printing out translated donor portal from LTE to send out to field offices
- Making copy of required SR documents
- Contact with Linex/UPS staff for sending out letters to alliance office
- Doing other Sponsor Relations administration work assigned by Sponsor Relations Coordinator
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- University student;
- Willing to take administrative works;
- Ability to complete tasks on time with quality;
- Good command of Khmer and English languages;
- Good computer knowledge;
- Honest and good team work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sense of ownership, responsive, result-oriented and self-committed person
- Remain alert and responsive to any child safeguarding or sexual exploitation, abuse or harassment (SEAH) risks, acquire relevant knowledge and skills to promote strong safeguarding practices, understand the child safeguarding and PSEAH policy and procedures, and conduct yourself consistent with those policies_._
ALLOWANCE:
A monthly allowance of 250 USD will be provided for this internship.
