World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world’s leading conservation organizations, seeks a Specialist, Program Business Solutions and Analysis.
Major Function
Reporting to the Director, the Specialist, Program Business Solutions and Analysis serves as a bridge between end users and technical solutions, with a primary focus on building strong relationships with staff in LAC WWF-US managed Country Offices to understand their reporting and analytics needs. The role translates those needs into effective, sustainable solutions primarily in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and alignment with operational priorities. This position also supports Workday Adaptive Planning reporting, process documentation, system enhancement testing, and user enablement in both English and Spanish.
Location: LAC WWF-US managed country offices.

Key Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, information systems, or related field; or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence/reporting roles is required.
Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is required, with demonstrated ability to support Spanish-speaking users is required.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, including data modeling and visualization best practices are required.
Advanced Excel and Power Query skills, including complex formulas and data transformation techniques are preferred.
Familiarity with one or more of: Workday Adaptive Planning, Workday, and SmartSimple systems preferred.
Knowledge of data governance and cross-system integration are highly desired.
Experience working with international or distributed teams is strongly preferred.
Occasional travel to WWF-US field or country offices (less than >5%, a minimum of 1 to 2 trips a year to Washington, DC or other Latin American Country Offices) may be required.
