In this position, you will:

• Support system administration, purchase orders, work-flows, request for quotations (RFQs) etc.
• Collect legal documents from our suppliers, upload and track in the system etc.
• Help prepare comparison tables
• Follow up and / or send reminders to suppliers
• Be responsible for operational data cleaning support
• Check that purchase orders (POs) are consistent with job execution
• Work and support different projects e.g. implementation of new processes, KPIs and tools
• Support to share procurement policy processes to all departments interested
• Support other departments on Sourcing task

Your profile:

• High school graduate (technical or commercial)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Team player; high willingness to learn
• General knowledge of MS Office
• Good level in Excel
• Experience with ERP Oracle is a plus
• Fluent in Italian and English, any additional language is a plus
• Valid work permit for Italy & available for min. 6 months full-time
• Work location is Verona, Italy
