About the role

We are currently looking for a Site Supervisor with excellent landscaping or environmental project experience to join our team-based working on a varied range of projects across the south of England. The successful candidate will be highly motivated as well as being able to work in a busy, fast paced, pressured environment and first-hand experience in delivering projects to tight deadlines.

You will be a very strong character, used to dealing with sub-contractors and have experience of dealing with all aspects of a project.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supervising teams onsite including trainee and experienced landscapers, as well as subcontractors.

  • Working across a wide range of projects.

  • Liaising with senior management on day to day progress.

  • Managing orders and deliveries onsite.

  • Organising staff work schedules.

  • Ensuring all work conducted onsite is carried out safely.

  • Completing records for site reports.

About you

As our Site Supervisor you will have a flexible hands-on approach to your work, ensuring productivity onsite is always at the highest standard achievable. You will be a committed and dedicated member of the team, willing to go the extra mile to ensure delivery of projects. A strong attention to detail as well as ensuring an inclusive team environment will be a key focus. You will ideally have a passion for the natural world and have the desire to make a difference.

It would be desirable if you had the following:

  • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
  • CSCS card
  • First aid at work
  • Any relevant landscaping training/tickets

As this is a position where we are looking to develop and progress someone within the role, SSSTS training will be provided by Ecosulis.

  • Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 depending on experience

  • Location: SL9 OQE – Travel to different sites as and when required

A Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle will be required for position.
