About the role:
Ecosulis are seeking to recruit knowledgeable Site Supervisors with excellent landscaping or countryside project experience, based across the Buckinghamshire area for upcoming projects. The successful candidate will be highly motivated as well as being able to work in a busy, fast paced, pressured environment and first-hand experience of leading a team delivering to tight deadlines.
You will be a very strong character, used to dealing with sub-contractors and have experience of dealing with all aspects of a project.
You will need to have 1-3 years’ experience in:
Supervising workers and subcontractors.
Experience working on groundwork or landscaping projects, as well as good knowledge across both sectors.
Experience in supervising works such as tree planting, vegetation clearance, fencing installation and ground prep
Liaising with the Site and Project Manager on day to day progress
Managing orders and deliveries.
Organising staff work schedules.
Ensuring work is carried out safely.
Completing records for site reports.
Confident communicator.
Working under an NEC, JCLI and JCT contract
You will need to hold:
Previous landscaping or countryside management project experience would be desirable.
Overview:
£26,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
